I have a short question. Maybe a simple answer would help. I'm a totally new Jet Express user.....

I’m trying to build a report: Account #, name, budget, balance, User Defined secondary category.

So far I can build 2 reports: 1 with table builder that has acct#, description, and user defined

And then I tried a report using the GL function which gives me acct#, name, budget, and balance but I can’t add a function or another column for user defined. (basically our acct # have a secondary category for budgeting purposes and I want to be able to filter by that secondary category, which we use "user defined" field in Dynamic GP

Am I trying to do something that can’t be done?

Hi Burgen -

Jet Express has include practically any field from within the database.'

While adding a user-defined column is certainly possible, it requires the features of Jet Professional.
