Information on that error code (c0000005) suggests that it can be caused by an "access violation" issue.

You have extracted the contents of the .zip file before running the .exe, correct?

Here are a couple of things that might help:

1) ensure that you are *not* running the setup program from a network location - place it on your desktop, instead.
2) it is suggested that you run the setup program by right-clicking the file and choosing "Run as Administrator"

Hi

I have extracted the contents of the file and I have run the .exe

I am running it in a local folder and as an administrator, but I have the same error in Event Viewer

Thanks.

I mentioned your information along to some technical support people who then were nice enough to do some research into the event message.

There is some security issue that is preventing the installer from running. One suggestion was to check if any antivirus or firewall application is blocking the installation by *temporarily* (and ONLY temporarily) disabling the antivirus/firewall software and then trying the installation again.

Also, since the installer automatically elevates to "Administrator" when you click the final Install button...

you can ignore my previous comment about running "as administrator".
